Hotel Exclusive - Sarajevo

Despite the location, the friendly staff made sure I had a pleasant stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, and the free parking was a great perk. the hotel also had great facilities, such as reliable Wi-Fi and a gym.

I wished there were more amenities on site to enjoy during my downtime.

Nothing positive at all. The different pictures shown in the internet looks much better than the reality!

Following a short list of the main deficiencies: the Hotel is with approx. 16 km much too far away from the historic centre of Sarajevo, the whole Hotel ( room, restaurant, bar beside the reception ) was unheated and cold (and that in winter in February), the heating in the room did run only when the keycard was connected to the card holder ( that means when your´e out the heating does not work und you return to a ice cold room !), dirty carpet in the room, I booked non-smoker and got a smoker suite, nobody could tell me how the shower incl. whirlpool works, poor breakfast and brackish coffee. Short: a terrible stay and much too expensive for the services offered. You can find much better & cheaper hotels near to the old town.

Nice big comfortable room. Easy to find. New hotel with free parking place.

Restaurant was closed because the cook was sick? No small food or something else to eat available.No restaurant in the neighbourhood accepting credit card.You need a car to go to town.

Had a great weekend at this hotel! Loved the spacious and luxurious room, and the fact that it was really clean. , the food was fantastic and the breakfast offered a variety of local flavors. The hotel also provided free parking and had a quiet environment, perfect for when you simply want to relax. Found it ideal for business occasions as well.

The only downside about the hotel was that it was situated quite far from the city center which could be a problem for those who want to explore the city more. However, the hotel made up for it by providing excellent service and comfortable rooms.

The hotel was quite far from the city center, making it difficult to get to and from without a car. the surrounding area was also quite deserted, with few places to eat or things to do outside of the hotel.
